LuxKH Direct / Short-term stays
Your next stay.
A more direct way.
Two established vacation rentals, one direct connection to your host. Explore a stay with LuxKH Direct without going through Airbnb or VRBO.
A personal stay starts with a personal connection.
Small collection. Personal approach.
The direct difference
Less between you
and your getaway.
Our rentals already welcome guests through Airbnb and VRBO. LuxKH Direct offers another way to plan your visit: directly with the people behind your stay.
Two rentals. One host.
An intentionally small collection, not an endless marketplace.
Find your kind of stay
Explore our short-term rental options and choose the stay that suits your plans. Availability and rates depend on your dates.
Know what you’re paying for
We use PriceLabs to guide date-based pricing for both rentals. Compare the total for your stay—not just the nightly rate—and review applicable taxes and charges before committing.
Book with the details in mind
Direct bookings have their own terms. Review payment timing, cancellation rules, and any deposit or card guarantee before booking; Airbnb and VRBO protections do not automatically apply.
Stays & rates
